About The Position

Caring Senior Service is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home senior care in Waxahachie and surrounding Central Texas communities. The role helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, independent, and at home. The posting describes a schedule of two hours a day, six days a week, and also advertises flexible scheduling and part-time, PRN, day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Paid training, ongoing support, and resources are provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Be compassionate, dependable, and professional.
• Have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Be able to pass a background check.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Caregiving experience is preferred; CNA, HHA, PCA, or senior care experience is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with transfers and safety needs.
• Support clients with errands and appointments.
• Communicate client updates and complete care documentation.
