Caregiver/Home Health Aide/CNA
About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate, reliable, one-on-one support to clients at home in Boonville and California, Missouri. The work supports clients with activities of daily living and home management tasks. Available hours vary by location. The position is currently staffing part-time hours and PRN/fill-in shifts, with the potential to build additional hours. The employer offers flexible scheduling and weekly pay. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Provide light housekeeping.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
- Assist with transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Assist with oral feeding.
- Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
- Assist clients with ambulation.
- Provide medication assistance.
