About The Position

Integrity/BAYADA is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nurses Aides (CNAs) to provide compassionate, reliable, one-on-one in-home support to clients in Camdenton, Versailles, and Gravois Mills, Missouri. The work supports clients with activities of daily living and helps them live their best lives at home. Available hours vary by location. The organization is staffing part-time hours and PRN/fill-in shifts, with the potential to build additional hours. Scheduling is flexible. Pay is $16.00 per hour for DSP/PCA/HHA/Caregiver roles and $17.00 per hour for active Missouri CNAs. The role offers training and support from a dedicated care team. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Provide light housekeeping and home-management support, including laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Support range-of-motion activities and exercises.
• Assist with transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Assist with oral feeding and ambulation.
• Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Provide medication assistance.
