Caregiver/Home Health Aide/CNA
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate, reliable, one-on-one in-home support to clients in Odessa, Lee’s Summit, Missouri, and surrounding areas. The work involves assisting clients with activities of daily living and home management tasks. The employer offers training, flexible scheduling, and support from a dedicated care team. DSP/PCA/HHA/Caregiver positions pay $16.00 per hour, and active Missouri CNAs pay $17.00 per hour. Available hours vary by location. Part-time hours and PRN/fill-in shifts are currently available, with the potential to build additional hours.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Provide light housekeeping.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
- Assist with transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Assist with oral feeding and ambulation.
- Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
- Provide medication assistance.
