About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors in Greenfield, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. The role supports older adults in remaining safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Applicants may be experienced PCAs, HHAs, CNAs, or homemakers, or may be new to caregiving. Free training is available to qualified applicants who do not yet have HHA or CNA certification. The position offers $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications. Flexible and consistent scheduling opportunities are available, including 8- to 12-hour shifts, day and overnight shifts, and weekday and weekend opportunities. Qualified new caregivers may earn a $250 sign-on bonus after completing their first 90 days, provided they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period.

Nice To Haves
- HHA or CNA certification is welcome when applicable.
- Prior caregiving experience is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal care.
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
- Prepare meals according to client preferences and dietary needs.
- Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Run essential errands and grocery shop.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Observe clients and report changes to the appropriate supervisor.
- Help clients maintain a safe and comfortable home.
- Provide respectful, dependable, and compassionate care.
