About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors in Conway, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. The role is intended for experienced PCAs, HHAs, CNAs, or homemakers as well as people who are new to caregiving and willing to learn. Free training is available to qualified applicants; HHA or CNA certification is welcome when applicable. Caregivers help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes by providing personal care, companionship, household assistance, meal preparation, errands, and medication reminders. The position offers flexible and consistent scheduling opportunities, with 8- to 12-hour shifts, day and overnight shifts, and weekday and weekend opportunities. Pay is $18–$20 per hour, based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications. Qualified new caregivers may receive a $250 sign-on bonus after completing their first 90 days, provided they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal care.
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
- Prepare meals according to client preferences and dietary needs.
- Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Run essential errands and go grocery shopping.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Observe clients and report changes to the appropriate supervisor.
- Help clients maintain a safe and comfortable home.
- Provide respectful, dependable, and compassionate care.
