About The Position

Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the US.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- NJ Certification in Homemaker Home Health Aide is required.
- Experience caring for a family member, or experience as a full-time parent or homemaker.
- Experience in an assisted living facility, Skilled Nursing, Senior Home, or Senior Center as a Caretaker.
- Experience as a teacher or child care worker.
- Certifications such as Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aid (HHA), and Personal Care Aid (PCA) are desired.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare is not necessary, and all training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Perform safety checks upon arrival.
- Assist with meal preparation.
- Help clients select clothing for the day.
- Engage in activities, run errands, and perform light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and aim to make clients smile.
- Assist seniors with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with general mobility around the house.
