About The Position

Clarendale of Mokena, managed by LCS, is seeking an experienced, hospitality-focused Caregiver/QLS for Memory Care. The role provides resident care activities and related nonprofessional services that support residents’ personal needs and comfort. Care includes assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinence care, and foot care, as well as vital signs and height and weight checks according to policy.

The position also involves making beds, completing assigned resident laundry, assisting at mealtimes, supporting planned activities, documenting resident status, responding promptly to call lights and emergencies, and providing emergency care within the scope of practice. The caregiver is expected to use community program components and follow community policies. CNA and non-CNA applicants are welcome. A post-offer background check, including references, is required.

Available shifts are 12 hours, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions are available. PRN staff must float between day and night shifts. Every-other-weekend availability and alternating holidays are required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Responsibilities
