About The Position

Touching Hearts at Home is seeking qualified and committed individuals passionate about working with older adults and seniors. We are looking for individuals who view caregiving as a meaningful and fulfilling role. We have an immediate need for weekend coverage and offer daytime and overnight shifts, with 12-hour shifts being a significant plus.

Requirements

• Commitment to an availability of 3 designated, recurring availability blocks (3+ full days of availability required).
• Reliability is a must.
• Must be ready to work once hired.
• Possess a valid driver's license and an insured vehicle.
• Ability to read, write, and speak clearly in English.
• 1-3 years of experience as a hands-on Senior Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nurse’s Assistant. Private care or care for a loved one will also be considered.
• Ability to travel up to 30 minutes in our client service area.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
• Full access to internet, email, and mobile phone with the ability to use a phone app.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications are a plus.
• WellSky experience is a plus.
• 12-hr shift availability is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care to seniors and older adults in their homes.
• Transport clients in your vehicle.
• Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
