Caregiver/Home Health Aide
About The Position
All Ways Caring HomeCare caregivers provide individualized care to clients in the comfort of their homes, helping them with daily activities while supporting their dignity, privacy, and independence. Care is tailored to each client’s needs and may include assistance for people recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, living with chronic disabilities, or experiencing age-related needs. The role includes meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, personal hygiene care, transportation assistance, and other light duties as assigned. The position requires compassionate, dependable, independent workers who can communicate effectively and handle confidential information responsibly.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- At least six months of caregiving experience, professional or familial, including caring for a family member.
- Successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain it before the start date.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Accountability, reliability, sound judgment, and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with meal preparation.
- Provide housekeeping assistance.

- Provide transportation assistance.
- Perform other light duties as assigned.
