About The Position
All Ways Caring HomeCare is hiring caregivers to provide individualized care to clients in the comfort of their homes. The role supports clients’ dignity, privacy, and independence through assistance tailored to their needs. No prior experience is necessary; orientation and training are provided.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Be capable of handling confidential information responsibly.
- Be accountable and reliable, and able to work independently using good judgment.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
Responsibilities
- Prepare meals.
- Perform housekeeping.
- Provide companionship.
- Assist with personal hygiene care.
- Provide transportation assistance.
- Perform other light duties as assigned.
