About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate, dedicated caregivers to provide personalized care to clients in their homes. The role supports clients with daily activities and helps them remain at home while maintaining their dignity, privacy, and independence. No prior experience is necessary; orientation and training are provided. The listed pay range is USD $15.15–$20.00 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Accountable and reliable, with the ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals.
• Perform housekeeping and other light duties as assigned.
• Provide companionship.
• Assist with personal hygiene care.
• Provide transportation assistance.
• Support clients with daily activities according to their individual needs.
