About The Position

AMADA Senior Care is hiring part-time caregivers to provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care to seniors, including veterans. The role involves supporting clients with companionship, personal care, mobility, meals, household tasks, errands, and other daily living activities. Caregivers must be willing to travel within a 25-mile radius of their home and work with both male and female clients. Orientation is held at the company's Jasper, Texas office. The role offers 4–30 hours per week, with available 4-, 8-, and 10-hour shifts, including day and morning shifts.

Requirements

• Have reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Be willing to work with both male and female clients.
• Be able to travel within a 25-mile radius.
• Be compassionate, dependable, and professional.
• Be able to perform all essential job duties.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal care.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility, including walks, transfers, and appointments.
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Shop for groceries and run errands.
• Observe and report unusual incidents.
• Support clients with daily living activities.
