About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes in Pelham, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. The role is open to CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, Homemakers, and people starting a caregiving career. Previous caregiving experience is a plus but is not always required; free caregiver training is available for qualified applicants. Pay is $18–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Flexible and consistent scheduling opportunities include 8–12-hour shifts on days, overnights, weekdays, and weekends. Immediate start opportunities are available. Qualified new hires can receive a $250 sign-on bonus after their first 90 days if they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience; it is a plus but is not always required.
- HHA or CNA certification is welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry, and run errands.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
- Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.
