About The Position
Guardian Angel is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors in Pittsfield, Lee, Great Barrington, Adams, North Adams, Williamstown, Dalton, and Lenox, Massachusetts. Roles include Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Personal Care Assistants (PCA), and Homemakers. Candidates may be experienced or new to caregiving; free Home Health Aide training and certification are available. The position offers part-time to full-time scheduling and pay of $18–$20, with daily pay available. Caregivers help seniors maintain independence and quality of life by assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, preparing meals, helping with errands, offering medication reminders, and performing light housekeeping. Flexible shifts are available, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and block shifts.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to making a difference.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English at a conversational level.
- Dependable transportation to reach client locations.
- Willingness to follow health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare meals and help with errands.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
