About The Position

Guardian Angel is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors in maintaining independence and quality of life in their homes. Opportunities include Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Personal Care Assistants (PCA), and Homemakers. Applicants may be experienced or new to caregiving; free Home Health Aide training and certification are available. The role is advertised across Pittsfield, Lee, Great Barrington, Adams, North Adams, Williamstown, Dalton, and Lenox, Massachusetts, with a stated pay range of $18–$20 and daily pay available.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to making a difference.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English at a conversational level.
• Dependable transportation to reach client locations.
• Willingness to follow health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and help with errands.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
