About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide home care to seniors in Erving, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. The agency is family-owned and supports seniors in remaining safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Candidates may be experienced CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, or homemakers, or people beginning a caregiving career. Free caregiver training is available for qualified applicants.

The role offers pay of $18.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, and immediate start opportunities. Shifts of 8–12 hours are available, with flexible scheduling and daytime, overnight, weekday, and weekend options. Qualified new hires may receive a $250 sign-on bonus after their first 90 days if they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus but is not always required.
• HHA or CNA certification is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.
