About The Position

Elara Caring is seeking a Caregiver High Volume Recruiter to support its Talent Acquisition Team and help hire compassionate people for home care services. The position partners with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand talent needs, develops and executes sourcing plans, and manages the full recruiting lifecycle. The recruiter uses data and market analytics to report hiring progress and results, and applies a range of sourcing techniques to identify candidates.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in Recruitment or Human Resources.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience pipelining and sourcing candidates.
• Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Three or more years of recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand talent needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit talent based on business needs.
• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables.
• Use data and market analytics to provide hiring status updates and results to hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Source candidates using search engines, career sites, recruiting events, social media, canvassing, and other innovative techniques.
