About The Position

Evolution Gaming is seeking a high-energy Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for its Atlantic City operations. The Recruiter sources, screens, interviews, and guides candidates through the hiring process while providing an outstanding candidate experience. The role helps keep hiring pipelines active, fill hiring classes, and build excitement about opportunities at Evolution. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
Experience recruiting for hourly, entry-level, hospitality, retail, customer service, staffing, call center, gaming, or similar roles.
High-energy, positive, and relationship-driven approach.
Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and attention to detail.
Comfort working toward hiring goals and recruitment metrics.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the Atlantic County talent market.
Experience with hiring events, community outreach, and workforce partnerships.
Additional language skills.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.
Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate communication.
Engage candidates through calls, texts, emails, and follow-up outreach.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
Partner with Hiring Managers, HR, Operations, and Training teams to meet hiring goals.
Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate applicant tracking system records.
Support sourcing through job boards, social media, referrals, hiring events, and community outreach.
