About The Position

The Caregiver High Volume Recruiter is part of Elara Caring’s Talent Acquisition Team, which supports the organization’s mission to provide personalized healthcare services in patients’ homes. The role works with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs, source candidates, and manage recruiting from start to finish. It also uses data and market analytics to report hiring progress and results. Recruiting methods may include search engines, career sites, recruiting events, social media, canvassing, and other innovative sourcing techniques. Requirements

One year of experience in Recruitment or Human Resources.
High school diploma or GED.
Experience pipelining and sourcing candidates.
Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Three or more years of recruiting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs.
Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit talent based on business needs.
Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables.
Use data and market analytics to provide hiring status updates and results to hiring managers and stakeholders.
Use search engines, career sites, recruiting events, social media, canvassing, and other sourcing techniques to identify candidates.
