About The Position
Associated Home Care is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Homemakers (HMKs) to provide compassionate, personalized care to seniors in their own homes across multiple locations in Massachusetts. Caregivers help clients live safely and comfortably with dignity and independence. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
- Open availability is strongly preferred.
Nice To Haves
- HHA certificate or CNA license; these are preferred but not required, and training is provided.
- Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and transportation.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
- Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being.
- Provide medication reminders as needed.
- Document daily activities, client well-being, and changes in condition.
