About The Position

Prairie Bluffs, a Lifespark Senior Living Community in Eden Prairie, is hiring a Caregiver, HHA/CNA to support residents in its 140-unit apartment-style community, which offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care. The role provides direct personal care to residents of all genders, recognizes individual needs, encourages independence, and treats each resident with respect and dignity.

Caregivers assist residents with activities of daily living and other personal care needs described in their plans of care. They also engage residents in meaningful conversations, provide attentive care, and assist with medication administration. The listed schedule is full-time overnight, from 10:00 p.m. to 6:15 a.m. HHA wages are $17.00–$22.00 per hour, CNA wages are $19.00–$24.00 per hour, and shift differentials are $1.00 for PM shifts and $2.00 for NOC shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents of all genders, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs described in the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.
