Prairie Bluffs - Caregiver, HHA/CNA Part-time AM
About The Position
Prairie Bluffs, a Lifespark Senior Living Community in Eden Prairie, is hiring a Caregiver, HHA/CNA. The community provides Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. This role provides direct personal care to residents, recognizes their individual needs, encourages independence, and treats each resident with respect and dignity. Caregivers support residents with activities of daily living, engage them in meaningful conversation, provide attentive care, and assist with medication administration. The listed schedule is part-time AM, 6:00 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. The HHA wage is $17.00–$22.00 per hour, and the CNA wage is $19.00–$24.00 per hour. Shift differentials are $1.00 for PM shifts and $2.00 for NOC shifts.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents of all genders, recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence.
- Treat each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs described in the plan of care.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Assist with medication administration.
