About The Position
Community Home Health Care is hiring dependable Home Health Aides to support older adults and individuals with developmental possibilities. Weekend-only shifts are available and offer premium pay, with employees paid weekly. Experience is helpful, but a caring attitude and commitment to dependable weekend support are important.

- Experience as a Home Health Aide or in a related role is helpful.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and daily routines.
- Support safe walking, mobility, and transfers as directed.
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and respectful, person-centered care.
- Follow the client’s care plan and agency instructions.
- Observe and report changes in a client’s condition or needs.
- Complete visit documentation accurately.
