About The Position

Home Care Assistance of Arlington is seeking dependable, compassionate Caregivers to support seniors in their homes. The role focuses on helping clients with daily living needs and contributing to their well-being and quality of life. Caregivers work according to each client’s personal care service plan and communicate professionally with clients, family members, and coworkers. The company describes its team environment as supportive and flexible, with training and 24-hour caregiver team support available. Services are provided in Arlington, Mansfield, Duncanville, DeSoto, Grand Prairie, Irving, and surrounding areas.

Requirements

Two years of professional experience as a CNA, HHA, or PCA.
Provide professional references.
Experience with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.
Valid driver’s license.
Proof of current car insurance.
Ability to pass a background check.
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities and instrumental activities of daily living, including hygiene, incontinence care, mobility and transfers, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
Establish and maintain effective communication and professional relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers.
Perform duties assigned in the personal care service plan and document completion.
Help keep the client’s environment clean and organized.
Remind clients to take self-administered medications.
Report changes in the client’s condition.
