About The Position

Home Care Assistance of Arlington is seeking dependable, compassionate Caregivers, including CNA, HHA, or PCA professionals, to provide in-home care for seniors. The role focuses on supporting clients’ well-being and quality of life while building professional relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers. Caregivers follow each client’s personal care service plan and document completed duties. The company serves Arlington, Mansfield, Duncanville, DeSoto, Grand Prairie, Irving, and surrounding areas.

Requirements

At least 2 years of professional experience as a CNA, HHA, or PCA.
Provide professional references.
Experience with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.
Valid driver’s license.
Proof of current car insurance.
Ability to pass a background check.
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living, including hygiene, incontinence care, mobility and transfers, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
Establish and maintain effective communication and professional relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers.
Perform duties assigned in the personal care service plan and document completion.
Help keep the client’s environment clean and organized.
Remind clients to take self-administered medications.
Report changes in the client’s condition.
