We invite you to join our team of Therapeutic and Direct Support Professionals who support and mentor Adults with Intellectual, Developmental and Physical Disabilities. Candidates for this position must possess the ability to support clients in a safe and supported manner according to clinical recommendations and the Essential Lifestyle Plans. Fluent in American Sign Language is a plus but we are happy to train the right candidate. Requirements
- A valid driver’s license with a 3-year, good driving record.
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- Must be able to physically assist individuals
- High energy level to support our clients’ activities
- Able to persuade and redirect behavior.
Nice To Haves
- Fluent in American Sign Language
