About The Position
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) empowers individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently, achieve personal goals, and enjoy fulfilling lives. The role focuses on building trusting relationships and providing support that promotes independence, confidence, personal growth, and community participation. DSPs assist with daily living activities, companionship, mentorship, and advocacy, and help create meaningful experiences at home and in the community. Requirements
