About The Position

UChange Home Care is expanding its team and seeking dependable Caregivers / CNAs to provide quality in-home support. The company has proudly served seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes since 2009, and families trust their caregivers for compassionate and dependable support. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Reliable smartphone for care documentation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of caregiving or home care experience
• CNA or HHA certification

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing mobility assistance and safe transfers
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping
• Maintaining a clean, comfortable, and safe home environment
• Using a mobile app to clock in and document care
• Communicating clearly and consistently with our office team
• Maintaining dependable attendance and professional conduct
