About The Position

Platinum Care Group is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to support clients in Chicago Heights, Illinois. Care is provided in clients’ residences, which may include private homes or care facilities. Client needs, schedules, and tasks vary according to individual care plans; some clients need hands-on personal care, while others need companionship and light support. Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support to clients in private homes or care facilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and transfers, according to the client’s care plan.
• Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders based on individual needs.
• Observe and monitor clients and report changes in their condition or well-being.
• Accurately document care and observations using electronic care management software.
