Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and support to clients in private homes or care facilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and transfers, as needed and according to the client’s care plan.
• Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders based on individual needs.
• Observe and monitor clients, and report changes in their condition or well-being.
• Accurately document care and observations using electronic care management software.
