Requirements

• Bachelors' Degree (B.A) from a four year college or university.
• Must have the ability to work with mathematical concepts such as; probability and statistical inference, fundamentals of plane solid geometry; and trigonometry.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Current state driver's license and CPR/First Aid certifications.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in career guidance related to working with youth preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and modifies Career Preparation Phase in line with PRH requirements
• Coordinates career preparation to acclimate trainees to center life and career exploration
• Analyzes counseling and career preparation produces to improve quality of service
• Monitors quality and logistics of Centers Introduction to Center Live program
• Monitors and accesses methods and strategies to create trainee commitment to and ownership of the Personal Career Development Plan
• Oversees Center's Conflict Resolution Program aimed at new trainees
• Develops annual department staff training plans
• Schedules, monitors, and reports on the completion of all departmental staff training per approved annual plan and additional training as required
• Confers with other representatives of management I maintaining continuous review of Center Administrative operations
• Meets regularly with the center's TEAP coordinator to evaluate trainees' risk factors and potential for success
• Directly supervises employees in the Career Preparation Department and carry out all supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Other duties as assigned
