About The Position
Calyx Living is hiring Care Staff for its assisted living community in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. The role assists and provides direction to residents with personal care needs, including monitoring the self-administration of medication, supporting resident hygiene, obtaining and recording vital signs, maintaining resident safety, completing incident reports, assisting with meal services, and observing residents for changes in condition. The position is for 2nd/3rd shift and requires weekend availability.
Requirements
- Caregiver experience is strongly preferred.
- Compassion and a desire to work with seniors.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families.
- Ability to adapt to each resident and setting.
- Reliable, responsive, and attentive.
- Must be 18 years or older and demonstrate maturity.
- Must be available to work weekends.
Responsibilities
