About The Position

Staccato, a veteran-led American firearms manufacturer, is seeking a CARE Product Manager to own the full CARE subscription business. This role involves managing enrollment, retention, gunsmith service protocols, tier architecture, and member communication. The CARE program is designed to foster a lifetime relationship between Staccato owners and their firearms, positioning it as an ownership identity rather than just a service contract. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the Staccato brand and its values, with a strong understanding of subscription economics and cross-functional program management.

Requirements

7+ years in subscription, membership, or premium service program management; consumer or prosumer subscription experience strongly preferred.
Deep understanding of churn modeling, cohort analysis, net revenue retention, and retention intervention design; experience building a retention model from scratch.
Comfortable with subscription analytics (MRR, LTV, churn rate, cohort retention curves, net revenue retention) and translating data into an operational playbook.
Demonstrated ability to manage a subscription program across multiple internal stakeholders (operations, technology, marketing, finance) without direct authority.
Comfortable presenting subscription economics to executive leadership and board-level audiences.
Demonstrated experience conducting market and competitive analysis and translating findings into structured project briefs or business cases.
Experience building and executing comprehensive go-to-market plans for consumer products or programs.
Understanding of multi-channel commerce (direct-to-consumer, wholesale/dealer, proprietary retail) and ability to build an optimized channel mix strategy.
Experience building product training curricula for sales teams, dealer networks, or customer-facing staff.

Responsibilities

Launch the CARE Enrollment Sequence and design an exceptional founding member onboarding experience.
Architect the CARE tier structure as a progression system that signifies deeper commitment to the Staccato community.
Design the gunsmith service protocol, including service communication standards, turnaround time commitments, and a CARE Gunsmith Video program.
Build and manage retention economics, including churn rate, net revenue retention, and tier upgrade rate, by designing interventions based on member engagement signals.
Develop and present CARE pricing recommendations to executive leadership and the board.
Partner with the Customer Experience Team (CET) to convert core business support interactions into CARE enrollment conversations.
Continuously analyze the competitive landscape, customer behavior, and category trends to identify commercial opportunities and translate findings into structured project briefs.
Own the comprehensive go-to-market plan for new products, programs, or initiatives within the division, including launch sequencing, channel strategy, pricing, and post-launch performance reviews.
Define and manage the channel mix (direct-to-consumer eCommerce, dealer network, Ranch point of sale, CET enrollment) with explicit revenue targets and conversion metrics.
Build and maintain product training materials for the dealer network and internal teams to ensure confident articulation of the value proposition and successful enrollment closing.
