About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team at Fremont located at 1520 E. Bates, Springfield, MO 65804. This part-time position offers a starting wage of $17 per hour and involves creating human connection with residents, being present and reliable, fostering an inclusive and positive environment, and engaging in personal and professional growth. The role requires proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

• At least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.
