About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team at Holliday Farms in Zionsville, IN. This part-time role involves creating human connections with residents, assisting them with daily living activities, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment. We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, reliable, engaged in their personal growth, and proactive in resident care. The position requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds, as well as the ability to assist residents with mobility and after falls. Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
  • Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be criminally cleared.

  • Proactively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
  • Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
