About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for Vitalia Active Adult Community at North Olmsted. This is a Part Time position with a scheduled shift of Wednesday/Thursday. The role involves creating human connection with residents, being present and reliable, investing wholeheartedly in work and the community, being curious and engaged in personal growth, and proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. The position requires empathy, reliability, a positive attitude, and a commitment to resident well-being.
Requirements
- At least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
- Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.
