About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Vitalia Mentor. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $18-$23.75 per hour. As a Care Partner, you will be an "Advocate of Empathy," creating human connections with residents during their vulnerable moments. A key part of this role is being "Proactive" in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
- Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.

- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
