Care Partner $2K Sign on Bonus 6a-6p $18-$20 (Part Time)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner to join our team at Hudson Grande Senior Living. This part-time position offers a sign-on bonus of $2,000 and a pay range of $18-$20 per hour. The Care Partner role is focused on creating human connection with residents, being present and reliable, investing wholeheartedly in the work and community, being curious and engaged in personal development, and proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living. The schedule involves rotating shifts: Week 1: Thursday/Wednesday, Week 2: Monday/Thursday, from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
- Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.

- Proactively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
