About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner to join our team at Hudson Grande Senior Living in Hudson, Ohio. This part-time role focuses on creating human connection with residents, assisting them with daily living activities, and fostering a positive environment. We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, reliable, invested in their work, and eager for personal and professional growth.

Requirements

At least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Creating human connection with residents during their vulnerable moments.
Being present and sharing talents to be a reliable team member.
Creating an inclusive and positive environment.
Being curious, asking questions, and engaging in development, growth, and training.
Assisting residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
Assisting persons after a fall.
