About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team at Hudson Grande Senior Living. This part-time role focuses on creating human connection with residents during their vulnerable moments, providing assistance with activities of daily living, and fostering an inclusive and positive environment. We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, reliable, engaged in their personal growth, and proactive in assisting residents. The position requires physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds, as well as assisting residents with mobility and transfers. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have the ability to communicate effectively in English. Computer skills are necessary for documentation and resident information entry. Successful candidates will be criminally cleared.

Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
  • Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
  • Must be criminally cleared.
