About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for their Hudson Grande Senior Living community in Hudson, Ohio. This part-time role focuses on creating human connection with residents, assisting them with activities of daily living, and fostering a positive environment. Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information.
• Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Creating human connection with residents during their vulnerable moments.
• Being present and reliable for team members and residents.
• Creating an inclusive and positive environment.
• Being curious and engaged in personal development, growth, and training.
• Assisting residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
• Assisting persons after a fall.
