About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team at Hudson Grande Senior Living in Hudson, Ohio. This part-time position offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a pay range of $18-$20 per hour. The role involves creating human connection with residents, assisting with activities of daily living, and fostering a positive environment. We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, reliable, engaged, and proactive. The schedule for Week 1 is Monday/Saturday/Sunday, and for Week 2 is Tuesday/Thursday/Friday, with shifts from 6:00 am to 11:00 am.

Requirements

• At least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
• Foster an inclusive and positive environment.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
• Assist persons after a fall.
