About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for their Hudson Grande Senior Living community in Hudson, Ohio. This is a part-time position with a sign-on bonus of $2,000 and an hourly pay range of $18-$20. The role involves creating human connection with residents, being present and reliable, fostering a positive and inclusive environment, engaging in personal development, and proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. The position requires physical activity including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping, as well as the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds and assist residents with mobility and after falls. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to communicate effectively in English, have a positive and energetic attitude, possess basic computer skills, and be criminally cleared.

Requirements

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about residents.
  • Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be criminally cleared.
