Care Partner 6pm-6am $18-24 (Full Time)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Hudson Grande. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to create human connections with residents during their most vulnerable moments, acting as an "Advocate of Empathy." We are looking for individuals who are present, share their talents, and are reliable team members. The role requires a commitment to creating an inclusive and positive environment by investing wholeheartedly in your work, team members, and the community. A key aspect of this role is being proactive in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
- Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.

- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
- Assist persons after a fall.
