About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Hudson Grande. This part-time role focuses on creating human connections with residents, providing empathetic care, and contributing to a positive and inclusive environment. We are looking for individuals who are proactive in assisting residents with daily living activities, possess strong communication skills, and are committed to personal and professional growth within the organization. Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
  • Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be criminally cleared.

  • Be proactive with assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
  • Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
