Care Partner 6am-6pm $18-24 (Full Time)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Vitalia Montrose in Copley, OH. This full-time position offers a pay range of $18 - $24 per hour and involves a 12-hour shift schedule (6:00 am to 6:00 pm) on a rotating weekly basis. As a Care Partner, you will be an "Advocate of Empathy," creating human connections with residents during their vulnerable moments. You will also be a "Generous Gift Giver" by being present and sharing your talents, "đź’Ż" by creating an inclusive and positive environment, and an "Engaged Egghead" by being curious and invested in your development. A key responsibility is being "Proactive" in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
- Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.
