Care Partner 6pm-6am $18-24 (Full Time)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Kentridge. This full-time position offers a pay range of $18 - $24 per hour and involves a unique shift schedule. As a Care Partner, you will be an "Advocate of Empathy," creating human connections with residents during their vulnerable moments. As an "Engaged Egghead," you will be curious, ask questions, and be engaged in your development, growth, and training. You will also be proactive in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
- Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
- Must be criminally cleared.
