About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for their University Senior Living community in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This full-time position involves providing direct care and creating human connections with residents, understanding the importance of empathy, and contributing to a positive and inclusive environment. The role requires curiosity, engagement in personal development, and proactive assistance with activities of daily living. Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care across 34 properties in 6 states, employing nearly 2,200 individuals.
Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
- Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.
