Care Partner 6am-10am $19-24 (Part Time)
About The Position
We are looking for someone to be an "Advocate of Empathy," responsible for understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments. You will also be a "Generous Gift Giver" by being present, sharing your talents, and being someone others can count on. Additionally, you will be "đź’Ż" by creating an inclusive and positive environment, an "Engaged Egghead" by being curious and engaged in your development, and "Proactive" in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
- Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.

- Possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
